If you have a lot of devices to charge while you’re away from a power outlet the Powergorilla might be for you. It’s a portable rechargeable battery into which you can plug any number of included adaptors. Amongst them will be the ones that fit your laptop, mobiles and other devices you normally carry with you whether you can charge them from A/C power or USB.

Managing all the connections was fiddly and we couldn’t help thinking must be a simpler way to do it. It’s also pretty expensive but will give you enough power for an extra 2.5 hours on your laptop, so won’t have much trouble charging any other device. If you’re on the road enough the Powergorilla might pay for itself and when you can cull the connectors down to just those you need it’ll be easier to handle. Rating: 3
